Together we will conquer limiting beliefs, set realistic goals, and develop a plan to build a strong holistic foundation for you and your household.

HABITS

The next necessary step toward resetting your lifestyle is to develop healthy habits. What are healthy habits, you may ask? That's exactly what we're going to cover in this section of the program. By the end of this section, you will have identified what habits YOU need to be successful in maintaining your lifestyle reset. We will touch on topics including accountability, consistency, and what to do when you mess up. We're human, we all do it... and I will teach you how get back on track when it happens.

SELF-CARE

The final step I will take you through in this program is self-care. Although many don't realize it, self-care is an essential part of developing a holistic lifestyle. In this section, we will identify what self-care really is, why it's important for you, and how you can begin to incorporate it into your life. We will also talk through how to communicate your needs to your loved ones so that everyone can know how to properly support you - in mind, spirit, and body. Self-care is NOT selfish, it's essential.

I have been a pharmacist for over 13 years and have transformed my health with the power of holistic medicine. I lived for far too long in a place where I was trying all the "healthy" advice and tips out there in the world but grew increasingly frustrated with the lack of real answers I was faced with. I quickly realized that the key to lasting lifestyle change is within each of us, and it's different for everyone. Piece by piece I came to understand that going back to the basics was the only way to create sustainable health outcomes. I have worked with many 1:1 clients and decided to expand my reach to help more women gain the tools and support to achieve their health goals and begin living a holistic simple life.
